Based on the regulations established by the "Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties" (LAW) and the "Regulation to the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties" (REGULATION), as well as the specifications and parameters provided in the guidelines of the Privacy Notice published in the Official Gazette of the Federation and the model of the short privacy notice for video surveillance issued by the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI); "HERNANDEZ & GODINEZ” S.C. (THE CONTROLLER), , commercially known and for the purposes of this privacy notice as “HG ABOGADOS”, with address at Eca do Queiros 5113, interior 1, Jardines Universidad neighborhood, Zapopan, Jalisco; makes available to the general public the terms of the Comprehensive Privacy Notice for the Protection of Personal Data (Privacy Notice).

• Controller of personal data.

Likewise, “HG ABOGADOS” will request from its employees, sales agents, and individuals with whom it maintains a direct employment relationship, the following data: name, date of birth, place of birth, home address, phone number, email address, Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), marital status, criminal records, birth certificate, proof of address, letters of recommendation, level of education and educational background, professional title, handwritten signature, Social Security number, INFONAVIT credit number, driver's license, and photographs through copies of official identifications. 

The data specified in the two previous paragraphs are provided for communicative purposes, so it does not imply an obligation for the data subject to provide all mentioned data nor for the controller to collect them, as it will depend on each specific act, event, situation, or circumstance carried out with the personal information holder.

Any information provided by the data subject regarding third-party personal data as reference or contact elements will be subject to the information protection measures of “HG ABOGADOS”, which undertakes not to disclose or transmit such information, subject to this privacy notice, and the provider of such information will not be exempt from responsibility.  

• Purpose of information use.

Through this Privacy Notice, “HG ABOGADOS” declares that the requested and collected personal data will have the following purposes: identifying the information holder, providing information about services we offer, delivering our advertising, promotions, and additional information, conducting quality control surveys, prospect client and/or external collaborator and/or provider evaluation, prospect client and/or external collaborator and/or provider file integration, fulfilling tax or commercial obligations, communication with the holder, entering into contracts or agreements with the information holder.

The days and hours of operation will be from Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM to 02:00 PM, at the address provided in the previous paragraph. 

• ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition).

The owner of the personal data by himself or through his duly accredited legal representative may initiate the ARCO rights procedure in order to demand due attention to his personal data, as well as request the termination of the use of his information.
