(hereinafter, the \u201cFirm\u201d) in favor of the user (hereinafter, \u201cYou\u201d, \u201cUser\u201d, \u201cClient\u201d), who accepts its scope and content at all times while accessing and\/or using the website\u00a0 \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/hg-abogados.com\/en\/\">www.hg-abogados.com<\/a> (hereinafter, the \u201cWebsite\u201d), as well as the Firm\u2019s own social media accounts, which are detailed below.<\/p><p>The Contract is drafted and is applicable exclusively to Users who reside or are domiciled in the United Mexican States (Mexico). Otherwise, that is, Users who reside or are domiciled in another country, by using and accessing the Website, do so at their own risk and responsibility, without the Firm incurring any liability whatsoever in the event of non-compliance with the applicable legislation in their territory.<\/p><ol><li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Acceptance<\/strong>: By accessing, using, or making use of the Website (as well as La Firma\u2019s social media), the User tacitly accepts the scope and legal content of this Contract; otherwise, the User may not use or access the services, offers, promotions, content, and any other possible benefits that La Firma may provide. This negative manifestation may be made by You at any time, by making available to You the notification means referred to in subsequent clauses.<\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"2\"><li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>User\u2019s Legal Capacity<\/strong>: The User must have legal capacity to enjoy and exercise rights in accordance with the applicable federal legislation; otherwise, this Contract shall not take effect nor have any legal or patrimonial consequences within the User\u2019s legal and financial sphere. Therefore, any person lacking such capacity, as well as minors, may not and must not use the Website or La Firma\u2019s social media.<\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"3\"><li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Intellectual Property Rights<\/strong>: La Firma is the legitimate owner of the HG Abogados\u00ae trademark (hereinafter, the \u201cTrademark\u201d), therefore any tangible or intangible content created by La Firma or presented under this visible sign\u2014including, by way of example but not limitation, digital or non-digital content such as photographs, audio recordings, and illustrations\u2014whether or not used in marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, ATL media, among other services, and communicated through any platform perceptible to the senses (auditory, visual, etc.) and\/or any other industrial property or copyright, shall be considered property of La Firma. Accordingly, and with the sole exception of what is set forth in the following clause, You may not use, dispose of, modify, alter, disseminate, and\/or transfer it without prior authorization and a license granted by La Firma\u2019s lawful legal representative; otherwise, You may be subject to the penalties provided for under applicable civil and\/or criminal legislation.<\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"4\"><li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Limited License<\/strong>: You may download and\/or use the content referred to in the preceding clause, whether or not it bears the visible sign of the Trademark, solely for your personal and non-commercial use, that is, as a reference in the event you seek to hire La Firma\u2019s services. Therefore, you undertake not to alter or modify such content, and much less to transfer it to third parties. The content referred to in this clause may be obtained through the Website or La Firma\u2019s social media. The User undertakes to retain and use said material for 30 (thirty) calendar days; therefore, once such term has elapsed, the User undertakes to delete it, under penalty of falling within the corresponding legal provisions.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ol start=\"5\"><li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Personal Data<\/strong>: La Firma makes available to you, through its Website, and in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, as well as its Regulations, the Comprehensive Privacy Notice that governs the collection, purpose, use, processing, and transfer of your personal data. Therefore, any matter arising from this topic must be consulted by the User in the aforementioned document.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><ol start=\"6\"><li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Hiring Services through Digital Means<\/strong>: In the event that the User intends to hire the services offered by La Firma through its Website or social media, the User must comply with the policies and conditions that, in addition to this Contract, La Firma establishes as requirements for the provision of its services, including, by way of example but not limitation, the execution of a service agreement, the signing of a service proposal, the receipt of legal documentation, the receipt of the client\u2019s identity information, among others. If the User does not comply with such conditions, La Firma reserves the right to refrain from providing its services without incurring any liability whatsoever.<\/li><\/ol><p>Accordingly, and in the event that, for the provision of its services, La Firma does not make available to you or execute any document with you, the terms and conditions shall be governed both by the corresponding service offer notice, as well as by the commercial practices and customs in the territory where the services are contracted, applying this Contract as supplementary intent with respect to anything that does not conflict with the other information.<\/p><ol start=\"7\"><li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Confidentiality<\/strong>: La Firma undertakes not to disclose your confidential information (understood as personal, financial, commercial, etc. information that may cause imminent harm or prejudice to You) to third parties, with the only two exceptions that such disclosure is necessary to fulfill the purpose of providing a service for your benefit, or in the event it is required by a competent authority, in which cases the User will be notified in advance, without the User\u2019s authorization being a requirement.<\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"8\"><li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Social Media<\/strong>: Regarding the content of La Firma\u2019s social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, among others), it shall be treated in the same manner as the Website; that is, it is the property of La Firma and constitutes a whole. Therefore, with respect to the intellectual property of the social media, You must comply with the provisions set forth in the third and fourth clauses of this Contract.<\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"9\"><li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>External Links and Third-Party Trademarks Policy<\/strong>: La Firma may use hyperlinks to other websites, as well as trademarks that do not belong to it, with the purpose of providing the User with better service or experience.
